1. As a reminder, as previously communicated during the registration and participant follow-up process, dinner on the City Tour day (July 2, 2026) is not included in the conference registration fee.

2. After the City Tour concludes, participants will be dropped off at the final City Tour destination and are welcome to arrange their own dinner according to their individual needs and preferences.

3. From that location, participants may also enjoy free time to rest, shop, or explore the surrounding area, and may return to the hotel at their own preferred time using transportation of their choice (walking distance from the hotel).

All participants are kindly requested to bring traditional attire representing their region, ethnicity, or nation to be worn during the Conference Closing Ceremony.

The organizing committee will provide and offer for purchase the 6th World Partners Mission Conference T-Shirt, which will be worn together during the City Tour on July 2, 2026.

Information regarding the design, price, available sizes, and ordering procedure will be announced in this group soon.

The Vietnam Digital Arrival Form may be completed starting three days prior to your departure to Ho Chi Minh City. The link and instructions for completing the form will be shared again closer to the departure date.

Please note that older series USD banknotes are generally not accepted for exchange. Kindly ensure that any USD you bring is in good condition and from currently accepted series to facilitate currency exchange.

To maintain the focus and purpose of the conference, participants are not permitted to offer, market, or promote any business activities during the conference.

For participants arranging their own transportation from the airport or bus terminal and using Grab or other transportation services, please use the following destination:

Participants traveling with children are kindly requested to prepare and bring appropriate swimwear for them.

Participants with specific health conditions or those taking regular medication are advised to bring all necessary personal medications for the duration of the trip and conference.
